The Luxury Penthouse Downtown was the perfect choice for our recent stay in Nanaimo. The location was ideal, with easy access to the convention center and nearby amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and even beer/wine/liquor stores. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a laundry room was a great convenience. The master bedroom with ensuite was comfortable and there were two additional big bedrooms for our group. Communication with the host and her assistant Aimee was excellent throughout our stay.

This place is a convenient spot for up to 6 people and its location near the harbor is amazing.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The owner was really welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. The penthouse apartment had very comfortable beds. Having a dishwasher, tea/coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator was really convenient, especially for preparing breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury penthouse in Nanaimo! the accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and dishes, making it perfect for our group of four. the location was convenient for exploring Nanaimo and Vancouver Island, and our host Kim was extraordinary. She made us feel at home and was always available to assist with any questions we had about the unit or the area. a fantastic experience that I highly recommend to others!

The place was clean, which I really liked. It was marvellous and incredible being away from the center of town. The location was great, being next to Vancouver Island, Nanaimo, and downtown. My overall experience was absolutely wonderful.
